PawGuard™ is suitable for children aged approximately 6 years and up. The mechanism is easy to understand and activate, and its cute design makes children naturally want to carry it with them.

How do I know my child can use it in a panic situation?
Activation is a single, simple pull of the lever, no button to find or code to remember. Please practice a few times at home so that it's embedded in your muscle memory.

What happens if the battery runs out?
PawGuard™ charges with a standard USB-C, just like a mobile phone. With up to 1 year of standby, you rarely need to think about it, and charging only takes 1-2 hours.

What if the alarm is triggered by mistake?
Push the lever back and the alarm will turn off immediately. The mechanism requires a deliberate pull to activate, minimizing the risk of accidental triggering.
